Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to join Toyo Tires NA at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a leading international tire manufacturing company with a focus on innovation, quality, and performance, we are seeking individuals who are passionate about developing great products and solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, install, and maintain large-scale electronic equipment for manufacturing or power generation.
• Utilize computer-assisted engineering design software to perform assignments.
• Apply principles of electrical engineering to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and engineers to ensure equipment and systems meet standards.
• Plan and direct engineering personnel in the fabrication of test control apparatus.

Technical Skills Required

• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Design or modify electrical controls to enhance reliability and productivity.
• Competent in programming and troubleshooting motion controllers, preferably Mitsubishi PLCs.
• Perform calibration of electrical systems and components.
• Read, interpret, and troubleshoot complex PLC and Servo programs.
• Manage projects from concept to implementation.
• Interface effectively with vendors and contractors.
