Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Toyo Tires NA is looking for a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our esteemed team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, installing, and maintaining large-scale electronic equipment and machinery to ensure efficient production methods and equipment capabilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, test, and maintain electronic equipment for manufacturing or power generation.
• Apply principles of electrical engineering to accomplish project goals.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and engineers to ensure equipment and systems meet quality standards.
• Research and analyze data to determine design feasibility and improvements.
• Direct and coordinate fabrication, installation, and repair activities.

Technical Skills Required

• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Design or modify electrical controls for enhanced reliability and productivity.
• Competent in programming and troubleshooting motion controllers preferably Mitsubishi PLC’s.
• Perform calibration and maintenance of electrical components.
• Read, interpret, and modify complex PLC and Servo programs.
