Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to join Toyo Tires NA, a globally recognized tire manufacturing company. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, installing, and maintaining large-scale electronic equipment and machinery for manufacturing or power applications. You will work on innovative solutions to meet the company's needs and ensure equipment and systems are efficient.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, test, install, and maintain electronic equipment for manufacturing or power applications.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure equipment design meets specifications.
• Research, analyze, and design products like instruments, controls, robots, and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate fabrication and installation activities to ensure compliance with engineering design.
• Apply statistical methods to estimate equipment capability for future requirements.

Technical Skills Required

• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Design and modify electrical controls to improve reliability and productivity.
• Competent in programming and troubleshooting motion controllers, preferably Mitsubishi PLC's.
• Perform calibration of electrical systems and components.
• Read, interpret, troubleshoot, and modify complex PLC and Servo programs.
