Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join Toyo Tires NA, a leading international tire manufacturing company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, testing, installing, and maintaining electronic equipment for manufacturing or power generation applications. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure equipment and systems meet quality standards and are process-capable.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, install, and maintain large-scale electronic equipment for manufacturing or power generation.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and engineers to ensure efficient production methods and equipment design.
• Analyze data and research to determine the feasibility of designs for application.
• Direct engineering personnel in test control apparatus fabrication and equipment development.
• Coordinate fabrication and installation activities to meet engineering design specifications.

Technical Skills Required

• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Design or modify electrical controls and systems for improved reliability and productivity.
• Competent in programming and troubleshooting controls with emphasis on motion controllers.
• Perform calibration of electrical systems and components.
• Read, interpret, troubleshoot, and modify complex PLC and Servo programs.
