Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to join Toyo Tires NA at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. At Toyo Tires, we value innovation and quality, and we are seeking an individual who can design, test, install, and maintain large-scale electronic equipment or machinery for manufacturing or power generation. In this role, you will be responsible for applying principles of electrical engineering, collaborating with vendors and contractors, and designing products or systems to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting abilities, programming skills, and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, install, and maintain electronic equipment for manufacturing or power generation.
• Apply principles and techniques of electrical engineering to accomplish project goals.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other engineers to ensure equipment efficiency.
• Design products or systems to improve machinery performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Manage projects from concept to implementation.

Technical Skills Required

• Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Design or modify electrical controls to enhance machinery productivity.
• Competency in programming and troubleshooting controls, preferably Mitsubishi PLCs.
• Calibration of electrical systems and components.
• Read, interpret, troubleshoot, and modify complex PLC and Servo programs.
• Professional communication and project management skills.
