Senior Engineering Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Nestlé Purina. As the Senior Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing capital projects supporting our manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to key project deliverables and components. You will oversee project execution, including design review, bidding, construction, and commissioning, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management plans and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with project scope and obtain approvals for any changes.
• Manage project budget, cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and status reports.
• Lead bidding and contractor selection processes.
• Supervise installation, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Provide assistance for plant startup as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of Project Management experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, Military, or related environments.

Location

• Jefferson, WI (minimal travel) or St. Louis, MO (extensive travel).

The approximate salary for this position ranges from $129,000 to $180,000.
