Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join Enterprise Community Partners in Columbia, MD. As part of the FP&A team, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's financial health and strategic business decisions. From creating reports and financial models to coordinating budgeting and forecasting activities, you will contribute to driving impactful change within the organization. The position offers a competitive total rewards package, including a base salary ranging from $96,000 to $106,000, health and wellness benefits, flexible work arrangements, and various personal development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the financial health and business strategy through reporting, analysis, and modeling.
• Configuring and administering the Adaptive Planning software platform.
• Developing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• Analyzing KPIs, financial ratios, and industry benchmarks.
• Enhancing reporting capabilities and business processes.
• Performing variance analyses, trend identification, and improvement recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or Finance/Accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA certification is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Adaptive Planning or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Workday Financials or ERP systems is a plus.
