Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, driven, and motivated Senior Manager of Manufacturing to lead operations and engineering. This role involves providing executive leadership, managing day-to-day operations, and shaping strategies to achieve corporate goals. The Senior Manager will collaborate with sales, enhance manufacturing processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with lean and ISO practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing operations with a focus on quality and productivity.
- Collaborate with customers to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Manage staff, develop training programs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Analyze data, implement corrective actions, and improve project performances.
- Define and monitor KPIs for manufacturing processes.
