Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our dynamic project team at FIBERTEK, INC. in the design and development of sophisticated electro-optical systems tailored for military and aerospace applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of innovative mechanical design solutions and system architecture.
- Develop detailed CAD models and drawings.
- Analyze systems and oversee procurement processes.
- Assist in system assembly and testing.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports.
- Conduct and lead design review meetings.
- Generate new concepts to support business development endeavors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in ANSYS and Creo software tools.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
