Job Description

Princeton University is seeking a talented Senior OnBase Developer to join its central IT team. The Senior OnBase Developer will be responsible for supporting, developing, and integrating solutions on the OnBase by Hyland enterprise platform. Working collaboratively and independently, the role involves developing, testing, debugging, migrating, maintaining, documenting, and supporting implemented solutions for campus users. Additionally, providing first-level application support, troubleshooting operational issues, and assisting with administration tasks and software releases.

This position involves a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage OnBase API, C#, and/or VBScript to enhance solutions.
  • Develop interfaces between OnBase and other applications for seamless integration.
  • Create solutions within OnBase using native functionality like Workflow and Unity Forms.
  • Prepare technical requirements and solution designs based on functional needs.
  • Maintain and refine existing content management solutions and build reports.
  • Assist with administration and maintenance of OnBase application.
  • Deliver projects from development to production and serve as a project lead and solution analyst.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders involved in OnBase implementations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years IT experience with 3+ years as a developer in enterprise content management, preferably OnBase.
  • Experience in full lifecycle projects using SDLC methodology.
  • Familiarity with ECM document imaging, management, workflow, forms, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in OnBase API, C#, VBScript, and SQL scripting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Preferred Qualifications include advanced experience with OnBase, administration tools, certifications, and familiarity with related software.
