Senior Personal Banker

Job Description

Join Peoples Security Bank & Trust Company as a Senior Personal Banker. In this role, you will provide personalized banking services to individual customers, offering financial advice, lending services, and exceptional customer support. As a key member of the branch team, you will oversee daily operations, manage currency transactions, and provide leadership to Personal Bankers. With a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, you will be responsible for maintaining a balanced cash vault, managing ATMs, and supervising branch cash shipments.

Essential Duties

• Maintain a solid understanding of bank products and services.
• Meet with customers to address their financial needs and recommend appropriate banking services.
• Supervise and train Personal Bankers, overseeing work procedures and schedules.
• Ensure the branch's operational and cash handling functions are executed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2-4 years of experience in a related role.
