Senior Restaurant Supervisor

Job Description

Hornblower - City Experiences is seeking a Senior Restaurant Supervisor to manage the day-to-day activities of the front-of-the-house for its Food and Beverage Operation in Chicago, IL. As a key member of the team, you will ensure high levels of quality, service, and guest satisfaction while maintaining profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-of-the-house staff, including recruitment, training, and coaching.
• Ensure adherence to procedures for cruise execution to guarantee exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain safety standards, alcohol service guidelines, and sanitation codes.
• Develop positive working relationships, teamwork, and employee incentive programs.
• Administer cash control procedures, monitor costs, and maintain payroll efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma required, Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years guest service and supervisory experience.
• Responsible alcohol service and sanitation certifications preferred.
• Energetic personality, basic computer skills, and ability to work on holidays.
