Job Description: Senior Software Development Engineer - AWS Cryptography
Join Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. as a Senior Software Development Engineer in the AWS Cryptography team dedicated to providing top-notch security features for millions of customers. You will work on building and maintaining open-source encryption tools and libraries to protect sensitive data both inside and outside the cloud.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete software development lifecycle, including defining, designing, and implementing new features for AWS Cryptography.
- Operate AWS business with globally distributed servers and customers.
- Deliver foundational libraries using C and Rust for one of the most secure services in AWS.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience in leading design or architecture of new systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Full software development lifecycle experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
