We are looking for a dedicated Server to join Charter Senior Living of Northpark Place. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our residents by providing exceptional food services with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Get to know all residents in your assigned group and provide personalized service.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously, meeting residents' needs with expertise.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas and assist with daily cleaning tasks.
• Handle residents' concerns and communicate effectively with supervisors.

Requirements

• Compassion for the elderly and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physically able to lift at least 30 pounds and perform tasks involving bending and standing for extended periods.
• Pass a background check.
