We are looking for a dedicated Shift Lead for Jack's Grill/Fat Tomato Pizza Company to join our team. As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide team members to maintain efficiency in assigned positions.
• Manage the flow of the kitchen to optimize ticket times and maintain prep levels.
• Delegate prep and cleaning tasks appropriately to team members.
• Ensure proper plating of food and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Shift Lead/General Manager to boost morale and uphold quality standards.
• Complete all required checklists and prep lists.
