Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to join WDC Appliances, a luxury retailer of appliances, bath fixtures, mattresses, and more. As the Showroom Manager based in Santa Barbara, CA, you will be responsible for overseeing business operations, employee and designer recruitment, sales strategies, order fulfillment, and store administration.
Job Duties
- Develop business strategies to enhance customer base, increase store traffic, and maximize profitability.
- Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to sales staff to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
- Manage store administration and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain store condition and uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze buying trends, customer preferences, and profits to make informed business decisions.
- Introduce innovative concepts to boost market share.
- Conduct performance appraisals to identify training needs and facilitate career development.
- Resolve staff and customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Exhibit exemplary conduct and performance as a role model.
- Perform additional store manager duties as required.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of showroom management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a business-oriented mindset.
- Proven track record as a successful retail Store Manager.
- Exceptional customer management and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Schedule
- Full-time position.
- $75,000.00 per year salary.
