Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This position, based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital, involves providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, families, and residents. The role encompasses addressing various issues including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, medical understanding, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
