Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of social work theory and practices.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- LBSW, LMSW, LGPC certification.
