Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
• Address common psychosocial problems such as adjustment issues, financial concerns, and family dynamics.
• Offer counseling and support for end-of-life care and discharge planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW, LMSW, LGPC certification.
