Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a vital member of our Social Work-Hospital team at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing a wide range of challenges and needs.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services to patients and families dealing with various issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and family relationships.
• Provide counseling on topics like acceptance of medical procedures, aging, and end-of-life planning.
• Contribute to discharge planning and assist individuals in coping with challenging situations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
