Job Description
We are looking for a PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a social worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, addressing a range of common issues including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and family relationships. This position involves counseling related to death and dying, discharge planning, and assisting patients with various challenges they may face.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
- Strong knowledge of social work theory and practice.
