Job Description
We are looking for a passionate PRN Social Worker to join our dedicated team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a key member of our Allied Health department at Levindale Hospital, you will provide essential clinical social work services to patients and their families, addressing a wide range of psychosocial needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients in coping with institutional living, financial challenges, family dynamics, and end-of-life counseling.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification
