Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a PRN Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families, addressing various common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
• Address common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and family relationships.
• Offer counseling related to death and dying.
• Assist with discharge planning and address issues related to aging and powerlessness.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
