As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, supporting them through various challenges and transitions.

Job Summary

Responsibilities include addressing adjustment difficulties, financial concerns, family dynamics, discharge planning, grief counseling, and more. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of experience, and be a licensed LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC.
