Job Description

We are looking for a diligent SOCIAL WORKER PRN to join our dedicated team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various challenges such as adjustment issues, financial concerns, family dynamics, and end-of-life counseling.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families.
• Address common problems related to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, medical understanding, aging, and end-of-life planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
• Professional knowledge in social work theory and practice.
