Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated SOCIAL WORKER PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This position is based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital, offering flexible hours (PRN - As Needed) from 8:30am to 5:00pm. As a SOCIAL WORKER PRN, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
