SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated PRN (As Needed) Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. The role involves providing clinical social work services, conducting psychosocial assessments, and offering support to patients, residents, and families facing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
• Support patients and families with adjustment and coping strategies.
• Assist with financial concerns and discharge planning.
• Offer counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
