SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated SOCIAL WORKER PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a member of our Allied Health team at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families, addressing a variety of concerns related to institutional living, financial issues, family dynamics, medical understanding, aging, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
