Job Description

We are looking to add a compassionate and skilled PRN Social Worker to our team at LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will provide essential clinical social work services and conduct psychosocial assessments for patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various challenges such as adjusting to institutional living, financial concerns, family dynamics, and end-of-life counseling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional knowledge.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
