SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD, specifically at Levindale Hospital. In this role, you will be providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families, addressing various concerns such as adjustment to institutional living, financial issues, family relationships, and counseling related to medical procedures, aging, and end-of-life matters.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
• Address common problems related to patient and family adjustment.
• Provide counseling on various issues including medical procedures, aging, and death and dying.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional knowledge.
• 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
