Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health's Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide essential clinical social work services to patients and their families, addressing a wide range of psychosocial concerns with compassion and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling to patients and families.
- Assist with discharge planning and support patients through end-of-life care.
- Address financial and family-related issues affecting patients' well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in clinical social work.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
