Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
• Address common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and family relationships.
• Offer counseling related to medical diagnoses, aging, discharge planning, and end-of-life issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
