Job Description

We are currently seeking a PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, helping them navigate various challenges and transitions they may face during their healthcare journey. This position is located in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital, offering flexibility with an 'As Needed' schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Summary

The PRN Social Worker will address common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of experience, and hold licensure as LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC.
