SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated SOCIAL WORKER PRN to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a key member of our Allied Health team, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to medical treatments and end-of-life issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
• Address a wide range of patient and family concerns.
• Assist with discharge planning and counseling related to end-of-life care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in clinical social work.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification required.
• Strong working knowledge in the field of clinical social work.
