We are looking for passionate Sous Chefs to join our team at Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living. As part of our Signature Dining program, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily kitchen production and food preparation for timely meal service.
  • Ensure accurate preparation and service of menu items following recipes and food safety guidelines.
  • Supervise and train culinary and utility staff, and oversee kitchen sanitation.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in dining areas, kitchen, and storage locations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of full-service culinary experience.
  • At least 6 months of supervisory experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred; culinary program graduate a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and perform physical tasks in a kitchen environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and in variable temperatures.
