We are looking for passionate Sous Chefs to join our team at Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living. As part of our Signature Dining program, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily kitchen production and food preparation for timely meal service.
- Ensure accurate preparation and service of menu items following recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Supervise and train culinary and utility staff, and oversee kitchen sanitation.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in dining areas, kitchen, and storage locations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of full-service culinary experience.
- At least 6 months of supervisory experience.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; culinary program graduate a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and perform physical tasks in a kitchen environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and in variable temperatures.
