Job Description
Corewell Health is looking for a dedicated Special Procedure Tech to join our team. As a Special Procedure Tech, you will be responsible for providing direct care to patients undergoing Heart and/or Vascular procedures, assisting physicians, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients during procedures and offer technical support.
- Operate equipment and record hemodynamic/physiologic waveforms.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and patients.
- Maintain radiation safety standards and perform quality checks on equipment.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited radiography or cardiovascular technologist program.
- 1 year of experience in EP, Cath Lab, or IR.
- Basic computer skills and exceptional communication abilities.
- Active BLS certification and additional licensure as required.
