Job Description
We are seeking a Special Procedure Tech to join our team at Corewell Health. In this role, you will provide direct care to patients undergoing Heart and/or Vascular procedures, working closely with physicians to deliver quality patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients during procedures and provide technical support.
- Perform IV starts, prep patients, and document procedures.
- Maintain radiation safety standards and ensure equipment quality.
- Participate in on-call schedules and adhere to department guidelines.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited radiography program or equivalent training.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EP, Cath Lab, or IR.
- Required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and RT-CV or VI.
- Strong communication, computer, and customer service skills.
