Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Special Procedure Tech to join Corewell Health as a key member of our team. In this role, you will provide direct care for patients undergoing Heart and/or Vascular procedures. Your responsibilities will include assisting physicians, monitoring patients, operating equipment, and ensuring quality patient/family centered care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients during procedures.
- Provide technical support and quality patient care.
- Perform and record hemodynamic/physiologic waveforms.
- Communicate effectively with team members and patients.
- Maintain radiation safety standards and perform quality checks on equipment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiography program or Cardiovascular Technologist program.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EP, Cath Lab, or IR.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
