Job Description
Corewell Health is seeking a Special Procedure Tech to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct care pre, intra, and post for patients undergoing Heart and/or Vascular procedures. Responsibilities include assisting physicians, monitoring patient hemodynamics, operating equipment, documenting procedures, and offering patient/family education.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor patients undergoing invasive procedures.
- Provide intra-procedural technical support.
- Perform quality assurance checks on technical equipment.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited radiography or cardiovascular technologist program.
- 1 year of experience in EP, Cath Lab, or IR.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, RT-CV or VI, RCES/RCIS.
