Job Description
Senior Analyst, Investment/Asset Management
At Areté Collective LP, we are committed to reshaping people and places for the better by creating high-end hospitality, commercial, and residential projects. We are seeking a progressive-thinking and motivated Senior Analyst to join our finance team and help accelerate our growth plans.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed financial models and investment memos for real estate acquisitions and development projects.
- Assess site acquisition and development feasibility.
- Present business plans, financial forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Maintain ongoing performance reports and develop asset management systems.
- Analyze asset health status, risks, budget progress, and proforma achievement.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance or related field.
- Prior investment banking and/or real estate development experience desirable.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance.
- NetSuite, Hyperion experience a plus.
- Strong communication and Excel skills.
