Job Description
Arete Collective LP is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sr. Analyst for Investment and Asset Management to join our dynamic team. As part of our finance department, you will play a critical role in real estate acquisitions and development, financial analysis, and asset management activities. You will collaborate closely with senior executives and department heads to drive the value of active projects and ensure strategic goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed financial models and investment memos for underwriting and ROI analysis.
- Assess site acquisition and development feasibility.
- Support in the preparation and presentation of business plans.
- Maintain ongoing performance reports related to financial and operational aspects.
- Develop asset management systems and processes to support short and long-term plans.
- Assess the asset's health status, risks mitigation, and budget achievement progress.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in finance or related field.
- Prior investment banking or real estate development experience is desirable.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance or related field.
- Experience with NetSuite and Hyperion is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
