The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining electronic equipment on a large scale for manufacturing purposes, utilizing computer-assisted engineering design tools, and applying electrical engineering principles to achieve objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, install, and maintain electronic equipment for manufacturing or power applications.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure efficient equipment design and implementation.
- Research and analyze data to determine the feasibility of design solutions.
- Direct engineering personnel in equipment fabrication and testing procedures.
- Ensure equipment and systems conform to design specifications and quality standards.
Technical Skills Required
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems.
- Design and modify electrical controls for enhanced reliability and productivity.
- Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting motion controllers.
- Perform calibration of electrical systems and components.
- Read, interpret, and modify PLC and Servo programs.
