Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team at Toyo Tires NA. As a key member of our manufacturing division, you will play a crucial role in designing, testing, and maintaining large-scale electronic equipment for industrial applications, ensuring top-notch performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, install, and maintain electronic equipment for manufacturing or power applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production methods and reliable equipment design.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems to the component level.
• Implement modifications to improve system reliability and productivity.
• Calibrate electrical systems and perform system enhancements.
• Interface with vendors and contractors to obtain necessary parts and services.
• Manage projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Technical Skills Required

• Troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Design and modification of electrical controls and systems.
• Programming and troubleshooting motion controllers, preferably Mitsubishi PLCs.
• Calibration of electrical systems and components.
• Reading, interpreting, and modifying PLC and Servo programs.
• Professional communication and project management skills.
