Job Description
We are seeking a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to join Toyo Tires NA at our cutting-edge manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As part of our innovative team, you will be responsible for designing, testing, installing, and maintaining large-scale electronic equipment and machinery used in manufacturing or power transmission.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, test, install, and maintain electronic equipment for manufacturing and power systems.
- Utilize engineering design software for assignments.
- Apply electrical engineering principles for project success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure equipment and systems meet quality standards.
- Research and analyze data for design feasibility.
- Plan and direct personnel in test control apparatus and equipment fabrication.
- Direct fabrication and installation activities to meet engineering specifications.
- Coordinate repair activities and optimize equipment utilization.
Technical Skills Required
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems.
- Design and modify electrical controls for machinery productivity.
- Competent in programming and troubleshooting motion controllers.
- Calibrate electrical systems and components.
- Read, interpret, and troubleshoot PLC and Servo programs.
- Communicate professionally and manage projects from concept to implementation.
- Interface effectively with vendors and contractors for cost-effective solutions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.
