Job Description
Toyo Tires NA is currently looking for a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at the new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, testing, installing, and maintaining large-scale electronic equipment and machinery to drive innovation and production efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, test, install, and maintain electronic equipment for manufacturing or power systems.
- Utilize computer-assisted engineering design software for assignments.
- Apply principles of electrical engineering to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure equipment efficiency and system integration.
- Research and analyze data to determine design feasibility and application.
- Plan and direct engineering personnel in testing equipment and developing procedures.
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
- Design and modify electrical controls to enhance machinery performance.
- Competence in programming and troubleshooting motion controllers.
- Ability to read, interpret, and modify complex PLC and Servo programs.
- Experience in calibration and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Strong project management skills from concept to implementation.
