Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join Toyo Tires NA, a leading international tire manufacturing company. This is a full-time position based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for designing, testing, installing, and maintaining large-scale electronic equipment and machinery for manufacturing or power applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, test, install, and maintain electronic equipment for manufacturing or power applications.
- Utilize computer-assisted engineering design software to perform assignments.
- Apply electrical engineering principles and techniques to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and engineers to ensure equipment and systems meet requirements.
- Research, analyze, and design products or systems for various applications.
- Coordinate fabrication, installation, and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
Technical Skills Required
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems.
- Design or modify electrical controls and systems to enhance reliability and productivity.
- Program and troubleshoot motion controllers, preferably Mitsubishi PLCs.
- Calibrate electrical systems and components.
- Read, interpret, and modify PLC and Servo programs.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues.
