Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join Toyo Tires NA, a global leader in tire manufacturing. As part of our innovative team, you will be involved in designing, testing, installing, and maintaining large-scale electronic equipment for manufacturing and power generation. This is a full-time position based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in White, Georgia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, test, and maintain electronic equipment for manufacturing and power generation purposes
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and engineers on equipment design and implementation
- Research and analyze data to determine equipment feasibility and efficiency
- Direct fabrication and installation activities to ensure compliance with engineering standards
- Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems
- Design electrical controls and systems to enhance manufacturing machinery productivity
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and modifying electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience in programming and troubleshooting motion controllers, preferably Mitsubishi PLC's
- Ability to read, interpret, and modify PLC and Servo programs
- Strong project management skills from concept to implementation
- Effective communication with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
