Job Description
We are looking for a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to join Toyo Tires NA, a leading international tire manufacturing company with over 75 years of experience. This role involves designing, testing, installing, and maintaining electronic equipment for manufacturing, power generation, and transmission purposes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems, design control systems for manufacturing machinery, and work with motion controllers. Additionally, the role requires project management capabilities, collaboration with various stakeholders, and the flexibility to work non-traditional hours if necessary.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, install, and maintain large-scale electronic equipment for manufacturing or power purposes.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure equipment and systems meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems to the component level.
- Manage projects from concept to implementation.
Technical Skills Required
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems.
- Design and modify electrical controls for improved reliability and productivity.
- Programming and troubleshooting controls, preferably Mitsubishi PLCs.
- Perform calibration of electrical systems and components.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Previous experience in designing and maintaining electrical equipment.
