Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, test, install, and maintain electronic equipment for manufacturing or power generation.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and engineers to ensure equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Research and analyze data for design feasibility and application.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate engineering personnel for equipment fabrication and testing.
- Apply statistical methods to estimate equipment capability for future manufacturing needs.
Technical Skills Required
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems.
- Design or modify electrical controls to improve machinery productivity.
- Competent in programming and troubleshooting motion controllers.
- Perform calibration of electrical systems and components.
- Read, interpret, troubleshoot, and modify PLC and Servo programs.
