Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, test, install, and maintain large-scale electronic equipment and machinery.
- Apply principles of electrical engineering to accomplish project goals.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and engineers to ensure efficient production methods.
- Research and analyze data to determine the feasibility of design applications.
- Coordinate fabrication, installation, operation, and maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Technical Skills Required
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems.
- Design and modify electrical controls to enhance machinery reliability and productivity.
- Competent in programming and troubleshooting motion controllers (preferably Mitsubishi PLC’s).
- Perform calibration of electrical systems and components.
- Read, interpret, troubleshoot, and modify PLC and Servo programs.
